14:00: Refreshments will be served on arrival.
14:30: Welcome address from Professor Martin Broad, the Head of Southampton Business School and Dr Stefan Cantore, Director of Enterprise.
15:00: The afternoon will be set up as a 'marketplace', with specialists from a range of disciplines presenting short, themed presentations, answering your questions and explaining more about how you can benefit from a partnership with the University.
You'll be able to move between the discussions that interest you, with key themes including:
* Strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship
* Accounting
* Banking and finance
* Human resource management and organisational behaviour
* Digital and data driven marketing
* Decision analytics and risk
This session is also a great networking opportunity.
17:00: Plenary conversation: 'Facing Forward'. The room will now come together to explore the insight, themes and actions from the afternoon's event.
17:30: Tea and coffee will be served.
18:00-19:15: As part of the Vice Chancellor's distinguished lecture series, hear from Lois Jacobs, CEO of Landor, a global branding and design consultancy with clients including BMW, Sony, Marks & Spencer and Microsoft. Lois will present her lecture 'The Agility Paradox - how today's most successful companies are staying ahead'.
