Business South Regenerate Lunch, 18th October 2017, London
Business South, on behalf of our private sector partners and key regional stakeholders, invites businesses to an exclusive lunch in London that will showcase the region and directly provide investors with relevant and high-quality development opportunities.
The annual lunch follows the significant interest in the South's leading investment locations that were demonstrated at the 3rd Regenerate South Conference held earlier this year, where over 200 delegates found out about the South's top development sites.
Connecting stakeholders from around the region, the lunch is one of the ways that Regenerate South is helping to change the dynamics of development in the region. Established by Business South, Regenerate South is an initiative combining expertise from the private and public sectors to unlock potential development sites in the South.
Keynote Speaker Lucy Greenwood, Associate Residential Research and Consultancy at Savills will present on how the changing market conditions are impacting the residential sector.
Tim Hancock, Managing Director at Terence O'Rourke and newly appointed Chair of the Regenerate South Group, will welcome guests.
