Have your say about future recruitment and skills commitments
SEMTA is conducting research regarding future recruitment, skills commitments and the importance of qualifications; all engineering and advanced manufacturing employers are encouraged to participate.
As an employer led organisation, SEMTA feels that it is important that it understands the sector needs and requirements in order to provide direct and indirect support across the whole of the UK.
SEMTA wants to know how valued qualifications are by employers, how important it is that workers have them and why employers look to them - as the guarantee of a competent workforce, as proof of transferable skills, as evidence of awareness of health and safety practices and any other reasons there might be.
