Solent Business Academy is delivering FREE Business Needs and Skills Analysis sessions, with progression to fully funded training if identified as a need.
Funded by ESF, they are able to offer a free 40 minute 1:1 with a growth coach to obtain needs and skills analysis, and then have the opportunity to upskill staff.
There are a number of non accredited and accredited courses available, including Mapping Motivation for Engagement, City and Guilds Customer Service and many more.
