Virtual Smart Ports Hackathon, 23rd October 2020, online
This project is inviting app developers, tech startups, students, hackers, gamers, and everyone who wants to feel the thrill of developing a tech solution to a real life port challenge.
Launching its second (virtual) Hackathon from Lille, the competition takes place on the 23rd October 2020 with the hackathon platform available to help you start working on your ideas open from the 14th October 2020, entry is free.
With the challenges sent to the participants before the start of this Hackathon, the SPEED project is aiming to build an ecosystem for smart port app development in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and the UK, bridging the gap between European sea ports and emerging technologies; data science and the Internet of Things; - driving 'SMARTER' ports.
