Employer workshop: How to make a success of apprenticeships, 4th February 2020, Fareham
Apprenticeship reforms took place more than two and a half years ago, yet there is still a lot of uncertainty for employers, and concerns that apprenticeships are not delivering value for businesses.
This hands-on workshop will answer some common questions about apprenticeships, including:
* How can I benefit from the apprenticeship levy?
* What are the rules around 20% off the job training?
* What responsibilities do I have as an apprentice employer?
* How do I decide if an apprenticeship is right for my business?
We will give practical advice to help you to understand the apprenticeship standards, and determine whether apprenticeships are the right option to meet your business needs.
We will be offering a limited number of one-to-one sessions after the workshop, to provide further support to your business. If you wish to book one of these sessions then select an available time slot from the tickets menu.
