The training is fully embedded into your business so there is maximum relevant impact. The training providers are very flexible and can work within your premises, as well as off-site.
As expected, there is eligibility. However, it is very simple:
* The individual must be employed, and be 16 years old or over.
* They must have the right to work in the EU.
* The delivery of the training must take place within the Solent LEP region; New Forest, Southampton, Eastleigh, Isle of Wight, Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth & Havant.
